I started to lose weight when the 2012 year began, that was when I said to myself that it couldn't keep going. By May I lost weight and got to 180 pounds but during the summer I gained much of it back and now that the school year began, the freshman 15 hit me hard. In July my weight was 210 and i am currently in 205. I hope to lose the most weight I can until I feel good with myself. I started dieting again yesterday and hopefully I will reach my goal in the time needed.
